Our Mission
We are a faith based organization with the mission of Unleashing the redemptive influence of faith-based leaders and their organizations. We view redemptive influence as God using the story of our lives to experientially speak hope with spiritual authority to others. (1 Tim. 1:13-16 & 2 Cor. 12:9 and following) Redemptive Influence guides others into the transformational process and allows them to find the unique message that can only be spoken by their own life story.
Our Vision
The vision of The Redimere Group is To spawn a movement of Christ-centered transformational leaders unleashing their redemptive influence for God’s Kingdom. It is our vision that these leaders will be increasingly experienced practitioners of the principles of transformation in their personal lives, marriages, in the organizations they lead, and in their communities. This network of “redemptive thought leaders” will actively train and mentor the leaders of tomorrow. They will also produce training material and experiences that facilitate our mission, individually and organizationally.
